2 out of the 3 times (in 3 months) we’ve ordered from this Hell’s Pizza location, the service has been absolutely appalling. The first time, my pizza was awful - very dry, hardly any cheese and the ham on it was basically two slices of ham instead of diced ham (I ordered one off the menu) and my partner's was awesome (he built his own). The manager did send a voucher for a free pizza, though which was very nice. The second time was ok -- I built my own and the pizza was good. The third time, the driver didn’t bring any coins with him and I had to scrounge through the house to get him correct change. It's not like we asked him to break a $100 note, we had two $20 notes which should be acceptable! When I called the store to ask the manager (not there at the time) to get their drivers to bring change with them, an employee by the name of Michelle proceeded to tell me that if I’ve had such bad experiences with them, maybe I should deal with someone else. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me. I had to call back to speak to a different employee to get her name and I’m still waiting contact from the store manager. The pizza was actually pretty good the third time, but their customer service is non-existent. The staff (not manager) have been a nightmare to deal with, immature and unprofessional.

The service is polite but the pizza takes a while to arrive.
